Founded  in 1995, PTG/BCD VN act as  travel, meeting and event management company.

We are looking for Sales Manager is responsible in building up business activities to achieve PTG growth target in a sustainable way. Sales Manager is expected to set goals and quotas, building a sales plan to achieve the company growth objective.

•    Establish sales objectives by forecasting and developing annual sales quotas; projecting expected sales volume and profit for the product and services.
•    Maintain sales volume, product mix and selling price by keeping up current with supply and demand, changing trends, economic indicators and competitors.
•    Determine gross-profit plans by implementing marketing strategies; analyzing trends and results
•    Contribute to team effort (Accounts Management and Operations) by accomplishing related results as needed.
•    Generate leads and close new deals
•    Meet with Customers to discuss their evolving needs and provide feedback to our internal team the quality of our service delivery
•    Develop and implement new sales initiatives, strategies and programs to capture key Customers
•    Provide weekly sales success and communicate to the HOD
•    Continually develop knowledge of the business climate, applications and competition for his/her defined geography and accounts
•    Develop, maintain and execute a Customer Retention Plan together with the Account Management Team
•    Update Prospect Client List
